Scans issues

For obvious reasons (*coughscans_daily cough*) I'll be flocking any scans posts from now on.  If you friend me and have commented on my LJ or have an LJ with content on it, though, I'll friend you back...

Hrm these days I just f'lock all my posts just to cover my arse (spares me the worry about having my fandom activities discovered - not that I actually write fics of draw fanart though; my fandom contribution is limited to mainly compiling rec lists of particularly enjoyable fics).

I have to admit that locking stories would be really hard for me, because I do like getting new readers, and I like knowing people can lurk and read anonymously if they want to! I might unlock scans later if it looks like the storm is over, but for now it's better safe than sorry...

Yeah I can see where you're coming from. As a reader, oftentimes it's rather frustrating to be recommended a really good fic and find that it's located in a f'locked post.
