It sounds very much like something a WWE commentator would say, doesn't it?
I like how you captured in Lex Vince's tendency to simultaneously ignore and be paranoid/terrified of his 'lesser' competition.
It's one of the most galling things (of a long list) about Vince, that "I refuse to learn anything about or from them, I'm just going to swat at them wildly and blindly until I crush them."
That dive is such a great moment, and perfect to use for Clark - it hadn't occurred to me that it should translate to a wrestling context before this, but Superman has always been known for flight!
I don't know why I haven't had more crazy dives in Clark's life before now--technically he's a pretty big guy, so that might be it, but he's gotta fly, after all... :)
