Basically, yes, lol. Festus (the slack-jawed one) had a gimmick where he transformed from an idiot into an unstoppable fighting machine whenever he heard a bell, and then back when he heard it again. So a lot of his matches involved his opponents trying to find bells that would make him stop fighting, lol. It was...ridiculous.
Wow, and the last video makes me wonder how many wrestlers have been seriously injured during their career?
*winces* So many. Pretty much everyone. There's a horrible underside to wrestling which is that pretty much everyone is dependent on pain pills, and there's a LOT of painkiller abuse in the community, because everyone is in pain all the time. Plus there are wrestlers who have actually died in the ring (Owen Hart is probably the most famous example, he died when he fell from a catwalk when he was supposed to be rappelling in). And the huge number of concussions have left a terrible toll as well (in one case a wrestler murdered his family and committed suicide, and there's a belief that the number of concussions he had suffered might have had something to do with that). OK, now I've depressed myself. T_T I'm only very lightly going to touch on these kinds of grim events (the Hart death will show up, the painkiller addictions and murder-suicides, no) because this is a fun fantasy world of cute boys wrestling each other. :)
