I kind of didn't want to do this because it's  TOO DAMN HARD.  But it made me happy to read what other people said about all the wonderful folks on my flist, so I decided to bite the bullet and spread the love.  This is a literally right-off-the-top-of-my-head list, so please rest assured I agonized over keeping it at 10!
