That was such a sweet ending to all the undercover shenanigans. Batman is a sneaky dater. But it's only right that he went undercover as a barista just to ask, after all the the teasing. XD
Bruce is such a troll! All his teasing remarks about work and pleasure. XD But Clark can give back as good as he gets:
“Thank you, Mr. Caulfield,” Clark said. Then, unable to resist, he added: “Be cool. Stay in school.”
I snorted. Jokes on you there, Bruce.
I enjoyed every little bit of undercover work that threw them together. The restaurant thing was so funny, with them getting in each other's way there and Clark thinking of Bruce's kitchen skills.
But my fave was the band! Old rock heroes Superman and Batman and then having so much fun that of course they would play the whole gig. XD Thanks for making me smile so much with this!
