Oh gosh, it must have been a random passing conversation on Tumblr? Or maybe on a comment on AO3! Right, it was the latter, and I wrote a brief history and explanation of the Lube of the Lonely Mountain in Tolkienesque terms, and someone quoted it on Tumblr, lol. Basically, writing sexy things in quasi-medieval language is difficult and hilarious. :)
