I'm a little sad at how badly they're missing how broken(rebroken) Bruce is about this and how Jason's so caught up in his own pain and disappointment (almost over the same thing), he can't see how it destroyed Bruce.
But I did note the sadness in the savage glee that he only got to 'Pop' for the audience as a dead man.
One of the few times the similarities between Jason and Bruce are so apparent and it's laid out so plainly WHY Jason takes the different path. On the one hand, he doesn't have Bruce's strength - but it's because he didn't get long enough to accept the support you need to put energy into that strength.
