Hee! They cracked me up to write, they're so brave but a lot more sheltered in a world where they've actually grown up as princes...
Bilbo is probably right about them not being able to appreciate the delicate flavour of viola tea (I am fond of blossom-flavoured tea myself...I have a very lovely rose tea at the moment)!
Mmmm. Hobbits and tea just go together so well, and blossom-flavored tea is my favorite. :) My current favorite is orange blossom-flavored, actually...
And I do hope that their mother will make an appearance again at some point - she was quite impressive.
She will, although not until near the end when everyone comes back together. *grin* I loved having a chance to write her, though! *dances*
