*cough* I call it research but it was mostly just being really fascinated by it all, lol. It eventually became inevitable that I'd have to get something fannishly useful out of it, and since I wasn't planning on taking the dive and writing RPF, it clearly had to be Clark and Bruce. *grin* Luckily they work SO WELL with it, because a Hobbit crossover was...never going to work...
